My Current Gig

I’m currently a Title Representative at First American Title, where I serve residential and commercial real estate agents, brokers and lenders in the Downtown, Metro, Coronado, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Point Loma/OB areas.  I was thrilled to be recently recognized by the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR) at their prestigious Circle of Excellence Luncheon as their 2019 SDAR Ambassador Foundation Award recipient.  It was tremendous to be honored for outstanding service for educating and assisting our local real estate community.  

My FODSD Involvement 

I’ve been a member for 5 years and am in my second term as a Board Member, managing member communications.  I’m focused on making our monthly newsletters more engaging and informative while sharing timely and valuable information on our events, accomplishments and content which provides value to our members, grows engagement and attracts new members.  

I look forward to our monthly luncheons – it’s great to try new restaurants, pool knowledge, and hear from local leaders all while growing my network.  It’s fun for me to introduce my friends and colleagues to FODSD – I’m pleased to have encouraged several, including Tracie Hasse who is also a board member, to join and actively participate in our organization.

The causes FODSD supports are important to me – especially the scholarship program.  As a college student I was lucky to get a good education and it’s important to support the next generation as well.  Our Holiday Bags initiative is very special to me – my daughters have participated with me in preparing holiday bags for seniors.  It's something they look forward to and they have fun while helping others in the community.  It makes me so happy when they say they ‘Get to do this’ and enjoy the interactions.  

Why I recommend FODSD 

FODSD is a great way to stay in the know on current and planned community happenings.  It’s also a wonderful way to meet others with different backgrounds and careers that live, work and play in Downtown San Diego.
