About Me

I am originally from the Midwest but have called San Diego my home for many years – it’s where I raised my family and made many friends.  After a career in the business world I followed my passion and made real estate my profession. It gives me great pleasure when I speak with one of my past clients who is still so happy with their new home.  I’m proud that sellers have often expressed how I made the transaction much less complicated with my excellent communication & negotiation skills along with skillful experience. Most of my clients consider me a good friend as well as a trusted advisor because I care about my clients!

For the last 13 years I’ve been a residential Realtor with Willis Allen Real Estate, specializing in Downtown and Coastal communities.

Why I support FODSD

I am passionate about continuing education and supporting students who are pursuing their education goals and career plans.

I joined FOD in 2009 because of the quality of their programs, guest speakers and philanthropic efforts.  It’s important for me to give back to my community, and City College is a special place where students can grow and learn.  In 2011 I joined the Board where I’ve served as president since 2013.

My favorite part(s) of being a FOD member is working with the dynamic people who also serve on the Board and the kind and generous membership who support the organization and our community programs supporting City College and home bound seniors in the downtown community.

I recommend that downtown professionals, residents, or anyone interested in learning more about downtown consider joining and/or supporting FOD.  FOD is a powerhouse when it comes to attracting top notch guest speakers with relevant messages about changes in the downtown community.  We are a 100% volunteer, grassroots non-profit organization and we rely on the support of our membership to continue our mission.   Equally meaningful is the charitable component of our organization.  Meeting SDCC students, hearing about ththeir journeys and raising scholarship funds is tremendously rewarding.  These students over come huge adversities in hopes to make a better life for themselves, their families and for their community.

Three things I like to do in San Diego:

  1. Walk on the beach

  2. Play golf

  3. Visit the fabulous attractions in San Diego
